SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking a high-energy, motivated, and experienced Territory Manager for the Midwest region to join our Sales team, to exceed sales quota targets for Software and Services and develop effective and specific account plans to ensure sustainable growth. You will represent SNP to customers and partners in the Midwest region, ensuring the customers in the region are aware of SNP’s capabilities to deliver the right solution to meet their needs. The successful candidate should effectively leverage supporting organizations, including Marketing, Presales, and the Partner ecosystem to build pipeline in the assigned territory.  You will be expected to establish strong relationships based on an understanding of customer requirements and a commitment to value.  As a Territory Manager, you are expected to showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be instrumental in growing the business and responsible for maintaining strong customer lifetime value relationships in your territory.

      Day – to- Day Duties:
  • Meet or exceed assigned territory objectives for quota and customer satisfaction
  • Establish SNP within assigned territory and build relationships with customers, SI’s, technology partners, including hyperscalers, to grow the business
  • Develop a rich pipeline in coordination with your Marketing colleagues
  • Advancing and closing sales opportunities through the successful execution of a sales strategy
  • Customer relationship management with “C” level across the region for key clients
  • Lead value-based engagements, articulating financial benefits from transformation initiatives
  • Suggest and implement innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Drive attendance to marketing events webinars etc.
  • Attend events in person to raise market awareness of SNP
  • Stay up to date with new features and product launches
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Sales, with at least 4 years involving complex consultative Selling, executive communication, negotiation, territory and account leadership
  • Strong track record of quota over-achievement
  • Experience in pipeline planning, including a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline
  • Functional knowledge of SAP and SAP ERP ECC Modules is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • An ability to grasp clients’ technical and business needs and maximize customer engagement
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
