We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our Solutions team. We have opportunities on our Transformation side as well as Data Management. The overall responsibility of the Solution Architect is to help customers optimize their SAP transformation journey and drive data efficiencies by leveraging the SNP solution portfolio. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter, driven, motivated, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and experience in sales as well as solutioning IT projects.
Job Description:
  • Act as strategic advisor, converting strategies and requirements into attainable outcomes
  • Be the SNP solution expert to customers, clearly communicating relevant software features, solution benefits and differentiators of the SNP approach
  • Identify value benefits for SNP’s clients and prospects that can be derived based on customer situations and initiatives
  • Provide customers with a personalized, recommended approach to support their transformation projects from a data perspective (e.g. S/4 Upgrades, Divestitures or Mergers of SAP Systems) and/or their data management needs (archiving, decommissioning, and integration)
  • Define engagements to the best possible standards
  • Deliver product demos and provide quick and meaningful insights into customers’ systems and how they use them as a strategic service, built on SNP’s automated software
  • Lead / participate in Solution related customer workshops
  • Help clients across parallel organizations and multiple levels within the customer to prepare a strategic investment case to customer executives
  • Effectively communicate technology strategies and trade-offs to senior management as well as other customer teams
  • Work in a team selling environment with SNP leadership, account executives, service delivery colleagues and partners
  • For Transformation opportunities, formulate solutions for customers’ transformation journeys alongside SNP software and specialized services either direct or in cooperation with one or more SNP partners
  • Together with the respective Sales colleagues and partners, establish SNP as a default provider of data transformation and data management initiatives across the SAP landscape, encouraging partners to invest in enablement and delivery of the SNP components
Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a consultant role with a Systems Integrator
  • 2+ years’ experience in solutions architecture and pre-sales
  • For Transformation, proven track record of delivery success (2+ successful implementation projects, SAP ECC or S/4 HANA)
  • For Data Management, 1+ years of experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS, …)
  • Advanced technical degree, such as Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • High degree of Emotional Intelligence
  • Confident, articulate to both a technical and business audience
  • Collaborative, able to navigate and take initiative in an unstructured environment
  • Experience with SAP data migration concepts
  • Understanding of SAP architectures and key S/4 HANA principles, integration of SAP SD, MM and FI modules is a plus
