Expected Outcomes:

SNP Transformations, Inc. is seeking a Consultant to join our team and make a significant impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, and S/4HANA migrations, focusing on both system and data levels. Experience with SNP tools would be highly advantageous, allowing for even greater effectiveness and efficiency in executing these complex projects.


Role of the SNP Consultant:

The SNP Consultant will be a key contributor to our team with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, implement, and maintain solutions leveraging SAP and adhering to best    practices throughout the solution development life cycle.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure solutions meet client needs effectively.
  - Prepare detailed technical specifications to guide the development process.
  - Manage the setup, programming (if applicable), testing cycles, and creation of comprehensive documentation and training materials.
  - Conduct customer training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
  - Provide support during go-live and post go-live phases to ensure successful implementation.

- Knowledge Enhancement:
  - Continuously advance expertise in SAP systems, enterprise solutions, products, ABAP programming (if applicable), and emerging SAP technologies.

- Process Improvement:
  - Propose enhancements to internal tools, develop specifications for functionality improvements, and create and execute test scenarios to ensure quality.

- Project Implementation:
  - Drive project implementation using our standardized SNP Transformation software, ensuring alignment with company methodologies.

- Project Coordination:
  - Coordinate migration projects within SAP environments, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

This role demands a proactive approach to learning and improvement, aiming to optimize processes and deliver exceptional value to our clients.


Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Preferred a minimum of five (5) years of SAP related experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) full lifetime cycle implementations, upgrade or migration projects
  • Knowledge of SAP provided tools to analyze data volume, both at a table level and system level.
  • Fundamental knowledge of, and implementation experience in FI or CO modules
  • Knowledge in SD & MM a plus
  • Experience in ABAP, development activities, and development support during large implementations
  • Knowledge of SAP LT or SAP SLO is desirable
  • Experience in data migration projects including the following activities: Creation of data migration concepts (extraction rules, mapping rules, etc., data validation and reconciliation, cutover planning)  
  • High drive & self-starter/-motivated/ team player
  • Accountability to deliver on agreed tasks with acceptable quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Certifications preferred (in order of preference)
    • SAP Certification - FICO
    • SAP Certification - SAP LT
  •  Willingness to travel as needed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must reside in the US
