SNP is seeking a hands-on Digital Media Specialist to join the SNP Transformations, Inc. Marketing organization.  The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience operating within a dynamic marketing company and have a background in marketing, communications, or business. The individual will be “digitally savvy” and comfortable using various forms of digital platforms to execute desired positive outcomes. The candidate will have a strong interest in using external social media vendors in creative ways for brand awareness and lead generation. The candidate will enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, as well as event and logistics management. Quick learning and the ability to adapt to changing requirements will contribute to success in this role.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Contributing to the creation, layout, maintenance, and content of event webpages.
  • Personalization of marketing email automation tactics, drip campaigns, list segmentations, email copy & strategy, emails design for increased conversions and metrics for data-driven decision making.
  • Planning, preparing, managing, and executing scheduled in-person marketing events.
  • Scheduling, facilitating, and supporting webinars or other live video events.
  • Marketing operations lead on SNP’s toolset including but not limited to Hubspot, Salesforce, Optimizely, and Ring Central.
  • Contributing to written content & copy for multiple marketing asset types.
  • Adhering to corporate guidelines and campaign alignment with Corporate Marketing.
  • Evaluating event and content success and implementing lessons learned in the future.
  • Producing periodic and ad-hoc reports for senior management.
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders as required that perform various services for North America marketing.

Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business management, or communications.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign, and event management.
  • Brings strategy to email marketing efforts and creative new ideas to nurture the lead lifecycle journey.
  • Evidence of producing entertaining and/or informative social media content, video in particular.
  • Understands search engine optimization (SEO) concepts and requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel in support of marketing events & in-person QBR’s when required.
