SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Jr. Territory Associate for our Sales team. You will help the Territory Managers in all of our regions. You will be expected to establish a strong relationship with all current and prospective clients based on an understanding of customer business requirements and a commitment to value.  As a Jr. Territory Associate, you are expected to showcase excellent communication and negotiations skills.

  • Attention to detail and creative thinking in the context of engaging clients and partners.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow experience and sales skill set. Go getter attitude
  • Industry experience a plus
      Day – to- Day Duties:
  • Create and execute sales campaigns to book meetings through cold and warm calls, emails, social media, and other outreach.
  • Strengthen sales process acumen by helping the Territory Manager and eventually learning how to independently run full sale cycles through close.
  • Network and coordinate with Partners and Marketing on identification, segmentation, and targeting approaches.
  • Engage with potential customers and provide ongoing qualification and nurturing activities to advance sales opportunities.
  • Leverage tools to maintain data integrity and reporting.
  • Creatively leverage all publicly available information to create value-driven, differentiated proposals.
  • Benefit from learning and growing within SNP’s ecosystem
  • Grow into a Territory Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Some technical and reporting aptitude within Salesforce environment
  • 5 years of sales experience – preferably with a service or software company
  • Exposure to Operations best practices and tools
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
