Results to be Achieved:

SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for our US Logistics team. This Team Lead will be an existing Principle or Senior consultant in good active standing at SNP. This role will be in addition to your Principle or Senior job tasks/description.

Team Lead Role -
• Effectively leads and motivates a team to deliver high-quality work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develops team members’ skills through mentorship and feedback.
• Build and maintains strong internal team relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Acts as the point of escalation and resolves internal team collaboration issues effectively.
• Engage with internal SNP stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and keeping them informed about progress.
• Applies both technical and business expertise to deliver solutions that align with SNPs needs and organizational strategy.
• Communicates clearly and persuasively with internal teams, tailoring messages for different audiences. Facilitate meetings and presentations, ensuring all voices are heard.
• Handles conflicts within the team diplomatically, fostering an environment of open communication and trust.
• Promotes a collaborative and supportive team culture. Encourages knowledge sharing and fosters an inclusive environment where diverse ideas are welcomed.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and dedication to achieving team and organizational goals. Leads by example and sets high standards for performance.
• Remains composed under pressure, encouraging the team to stay positive and focused during challenging projects. Supports the team through periods of high demand.
• Provides team members with the tools, resources, and autonomy needed to succeed, building their confidence and capacity to take ownership of tasks. Effectively utilizes recognition programs to reinforce and acknowledge the high-quality work and dedication of individual team members
• Reports directly to Logistics Consulting Manager
• High drive & self-starter/-motivated/ team player
• Education: Bachelor’s degree - preferred
• 7+ years of relevant consulting experience preferred
• Must be an active SNP employee for at least 3+ years
