SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking a high-energy, motivated, and experienced Business Development Associate to help our North America Sales team engage new clients. As a Business Development Associate, you will identify prospective opportunities and utilize a number of communication methods to begin a sales engagement, as well as qualify inbound sales leads/opportunities and follow up with marketing-qualified opportunities. The Business Development Associate career progression is a path toward becoming an Account Executive focused on bringing on and engaging new business.

In this role, you’ll gain experience in:

· Developing creative outbound sales skills by leveraging various communication methods, including social media, marketing platforms, cold calling, cold emailing, and more.

· Enhancing the client experience by identifying and addressing client "pain points" through the presentation of compelling services and product offerings.

· Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to optimize the opportunity conversion process.

· Opportunity to develop skills across sales tools, such as Salesforce, and expand branding through social media outlets, such as LinkedIn.

You are likely to succeed if:

· You have at least 5+ years of related experience.

· Functional knowledge of SAP and SAP ECC or S/4.

· Passionate about technology as a driving force for business transformation.

· Articulate and credible in one or more industries, such as High Tech, A&D, Lifesciences, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Utilities.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

· Experienced in leveraging technology tools and platforms - such as ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, HubSpot, Marketo – as well as social media outlets - such as LinkedIn - to improve targeting and increase reach.

· You are passionate about contributing to the future of data-driven solutions.

· You are creative and like to think of different ways to engage companies.

· You are empathetic and have strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.

· You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

· You have a positive outlook.

· You are resourceful and excited to learn.

· You have sound judgment when handling new situations.
